Room rates and rate codes can be entered effortlessly by defining rules and exceptions. Inventory counts can be entered and updated via a calendar interface, making it a lot easier to avoid errors.

Whether you are managing a Manual Inventory or RoomMaster integrated property, you have the ability to enter specials and exclusive low rates into the system; the functionality is very flexible, allowing fixed rate specials, percentage discounts or fixed amount discounts. The specials can also be limited by days of the week, minimum night stays or booking early.

Site Design and Branding
Having a nice looking site is very important to your clients. RezEZ is skinned to look like your site -including the header, footer, and color scheme. Also, the system uses your domain name ( e.g. http://reservations.hotelurl.com) for all but the secured part of the booking process. The guest will not see any other brand but yours, and will not be tempted to go to another site to book.

Competitive Pricing
RezEZ is hosted entirely by us. There are no additional hosting charges, maintenance costs or resources that need to be allocated by you. The booking system license agreement can be setup to use a per reservation fee or a yearly fixed fee. The costs vary based on the size of your property and the traffic we anticipate to receive to your booking engine.
