Your RezEZ online reservation system is entirely hosted on our servers. We ensure that the system keeps the same design as your main web site, and we even use your domain name (in the form of hotels.your-url.com).

Unique Content
Unlike other reservation systems, RezEZ allows for hotel and room descriptions and photos that are unique to your site. While the system comes pre-loaded with hotel information for your location, you can add or modify it to create the uniqueness that keeps guests coming back and helps your site rank well in search engines.

Inventory and Rates
Our system blends several sources of inventory and rates and displays them seamlessly. In addition to inventory and rates that are available through GDS channels, hotels in your location can easily integrate their PMS directly with RezEZ as well as maintain their inventory and rates manually. The advantage of being able to leverage direct relationships with the hotels gives you the ability to have exclusive rate offerings.

Specials and Discounts
Direct rates that are discounted are distinctly highlighted in the system to show visitors they are getting a great deal on your site. The special pricing can be inputted with a variety of conditions, including minimum stays, book early specials, percentage or fixed amount pricing, and much more.

Reviews
If you choose to have reviews on your site, RezEZ automatically contacts your guests to ask that they leave a review after they complete their stay. The reviews that are collected are very valuable, since they are left by verified guests, and they are exclusive unique content for your site.

Guest Information
RezEZ also maintains all the guest information and allows you to contact them in the future with promotional materials, newsletters and other information. Unlike other affiliate programs, you get to own this information and it is made available to you at the click of a button, in a comma separated format.

Deals and Coupons
Using this module you can benefit from your position in the marketplace by accumulating special coupons and exclusive deals from businesses in the area, such as restaurants and attractions. These coupons are automatically made available to the guests only when they book through your site, and they are presented to them in printable coupon format shortly before they check in. This is a fully automated feature; all you need to do is enter the coupon information and RezEZ does the rest.

Advanced Administration Panel
Our advanced admin panel allows you to keep an eye on reservations and hotel information, manage billing if you have direct relationship hotels, and our conversion funnel report lets you know vital information on guest behavior.
